Terung Asam (part 2)


A follow up on my earlier post below. This is how peeled, and the inside of, terung asam looks like. Hundreds of tiny seeds inside.

    Hi Petite Nyonya, how you doin'? Your this posting brought back very old memories to me. The last time I had this terong asam sambal was wayyyy back in the late '70s.
    Anyway, now I know how its being peeled, as cooking not one of my talents.
